Mirror Magic

When I left the father of my son in 2023, I had built my consulting income to ~$6k/month after working tirelessly with a newborn attached to my boob for a year.

My motivation was my dream of providing emotional and financial security for me and my son.

But...

In the first 3 months after leaving, things were hard.

I had even less time to work because our custody agreement didn't "kick in" until my ex was finished moving out (so I did 90% of the childcare while I moved and unpacked). And my consulting revenue plummeted.

It was scary...

It was an "oh sh*t, I wasn't as ready as I thought" moment.

My business advisor's advice--

"You aren't getting new clients because you don't have the capacity..."

(I literally didn't have a free second of capacity for any clients)

"Watch this YouTube video about having more capacity", she said.

*eye roll*

Naturally, my income continued to plummet for a couple of months straight...

I had to lean into my parents as a financial support system to make sure rent was paid and food was on the table.

I was devasted.

Embarrassed.

...and worst of all I felt guilty for wanting to live a free and joyful life so badly that I left before I was really ready.

But because I was hungry for it, I used that dark, scary, unwelcome pause in income to do the work internally.

--AND NO... I'm not talking about that ridiculous YouTube video everyone and the brother regurgitates as some kind of golden rule of "manifesting".

I was developing, utilizing, and perfecting a 5-Step Process called Mirror Magic that was allowing me to access the most deeply secret hidden emotional wounds I didn't know existed...

Then release them instantly and permanently.

Then...

I randomly got the opportunity to work with my dream business advisor who I couldn't afford before... and she had some new financing options that made it possible this time around!

Possible -- Yes.

But, a massive stretch financially, still? -- ALSO YES.

I muscle tested it and decided this opportunity was something I manifested and because I *could* make it work somehow by the grace of God, I knew I had to do it.

During our first call she threw out some messaging ideas for running some low-cost Instagram ads and they all made me cringe.

When I explained to her that I can't say certain things because of my clinical background and we needed to play it a little safer she said--

"What I'm hearing is a fear of being seen."

*goosebumps*

I thought to myself, "maybe, but also I still can't say these things" lol.

As soon as we got off the call I did Mirror Magic to find out if:

a) I had a fear of being seen

b) I honestly didn't resonate w/ the proposed messaging

TO MY SUPRISE...

I did, in fact, have a fear of being seen that stemmed from being stood up at senior prom by my long-time boyfriend-- so I healed it right then and there by myself in ~30 min.

(and also the messaging really wasn't in alignment for me)

...it was BOTH.

This level of discernment is simply unprecedented in most people's businesses, if we're being honest.

But, you want to know what this UNPRECEDENTED level of discernment gave me???

UN-freaking-PRECEDENTED results.

Within 3 months I landed on the perfect messaging that was at my edge, but still in alignment and...

My follower count on Instagram-- 10x (from 6k to 60k)

My monthly business revenue-- 10x (from $6k to $60k)

Now, a full 6 months later:

I just crossed the 101k follower mark and my business has 6 employees and will cross half a million dollars in revenue this year if not more.

And I consistently hear those who've been there for this ride since this time last year tell me things like--

"You're a testament to this work"

"You're a completely different person"

"You look SO different"

"I'm loving this new feminine vibe"

"Your energy is just radiating"

WHAT I DIDN'T DO?-- create more cApAcItY out of thin air, watch airy fairy mindset videos, or try to "feel the feeling" of having my manifestation.

ALSO WHAT I DIDN'T DO: Emotion Code, Body Code, Rapid Resolution Therapy, EMDR, mind mapping or anything else you've ever heard of...

Look...

If you're a mom too then you know you just can't squeeze blood out of a turnip.

And if you're a seasoned healer or selfhealer you know that the methods you've used so far are great, but haven't taken you the rest of the way for a reason.

But you can use this method I developed to call up the traumatic memories of everyone you share DNA to reprocess them from your subconscious to mind control yourself to:

- See more possibilities to find what will actually work

- Have an unshakeable depth of discernment to act fast on what you need to do

- Get out of your own way and receive the rewards that are your birth right

You can't just retell your story to heal it. In fact, retelling it is simply rumination and it's not beneficial. You have to also rewrite the narrative with you as the hero in control of it. In research, this is part of associating a positive experience with your traumatic one, which is one of the steps required for replacing your traumatic memory to clear out the subconscious blocks it's been causing for you. Now the empowering memory can subconsciously control your behavior instead of the traumatic one.

Because your memories are stored in the form of light within your DNA, all evidence-based trauma healing requires restructuring of the physical storage unit of your light memory information-- AKA your fascia (the light, water, collagen matrix). Therefore, at the end of this process, you find the correct meridians to tap and tone-- this is not EFT tapping (more on that in the FAQ at the bottom of the page).

This part of the process also closes your subconscious to end the session. It works by regulating your nervous system. The coolest part about this step? You don't just return to the baseline you had before, instead you settle into a new baseline that is more resilient to triggers and less reactive in the moment.

How is this different from EMDR?
With EMDR, a type of eye movement known as tracking is utilized on the horizontal plane in a fast face which helps to disable the sympathetic nervous system similarly to what occurs naturally on a walk. This allows you to access some memories that aren't readily conscious. EMDR has even been shown to increase hippocampal volume by 6%, whereas talk therapy alone has shown no increase in hippocampal volume over a 4-month period.

The difference between EMDR and Mirror Magic is that Mirror Magic utilizes several different eye movements in a pace much slower than the normal pace of thinking/awareness and is utilized horizontally as well as vertically. The hand is used in a cupped position, within ~30cm of your eyes, and is also slower brought closer to and further away. This process is only done in the beginning of the session and is done in conjunction with self muscle testing (the sway method) with the specific intent of locating the exact spacial location of the memory within the visual field.

Through this process, the subconscious is not just unlocked, but accessed in the most targeted and concentrated way to extract a deeply hidden memory that wouldn't have been uncovered any other way. After this memory is unlocked, the eye movements aren't used again within that session because the eye movements (if used throughout like in EMDR) disable your ability to tap into a potent enough emotional response required to recall enough of the memory to be effectively replace it instantly and permanently.

The Mirror Magic process, in contract to a 6% increase in hippocampal volume with EMDR, has been shown to double hippocampal volume.

How is this different than talk therapy?
There's no question that recalling your traumatic memories eventually leads to a decreased emotional response to them overt time whether it's through journaling, talking to loved ones, or in talk therapy. However, the amount of time it takes to see a benefit from this type of retelling of your trauma is typically a matter of years.

Some see no noticeable benefit.

The key to success is that you recall the traumatic memories in great detail and full sentences so that you can have a high-intensity emotional response, and then to also attach a positive experience to the memory. That positive experience could be the fellowship and support of a therapist or loved one that you trust.

The issue, however, is that simply retelling what you remember of the trauma or what you think is important trauma to heal, isn't actually the most effective use of your effort and time. The trauma that is impacting you the most, is never the trauma (or the aspects of the trauma) you can consciously recall. You have to access the subconscious.

Often times, the trauma you need to heal isn't even something you consciously experienced yourself. It could be trauma you inherited from a past life or ancestor. It could even be an emotion you're unconsciously storing for someone else. That's why talk therapy doesn't provide the kind of quick and transformative results that Mirror Magic can.

How is this different than Emotion Code/Body Code?
We get asked this a lot and, although I don't have any personal experience using either Emotion Code or Body Code, I am familiar with the processes. Several of our current and former students have used both methods (a few are even certified in one) and they all report that the depth of emotion and healing that is accessed with Mirror Magic is not possible with Emotion Code or Body Code.

You can access and feel into emotions you're consciously aware of with Emotion/Body Code, but most report that they don't really feel like anything happened.

With Mirror Magic, you not only are able to access subconscious memories, ancestral trauma, past life trauma, and emotions you're storing for others, but you're also going to feel a very noticeable release and see measurable transformation in your life if you do it the way it's taught in this program.

Can I use this method on my family/kids?
Yes! Most women who've done this program specifically wanted to also use it on their kids, husbands, etc. There are different ways to utilize this method to help others, but what we teach is how to nail the foundations so that you can apply your own thought leadership to how you might safely use it in other ways to help people.
